AUTOMATIC BENDING MACHINE FOR STEEL RULE TRIMMING DIE AND THE STEEL RULE TRIMMING DIE

An automatic bending machine for manufacturing a steel rule trimming die used for forming prescribed slits and pleats on paper slips, sheets, and board materials in manufacturing cartons and fiberboard containers, comprising a bender (1) bending a band blade (12) in a prescribed shape. A diamond grinder (20) vertically and laterally moved by the control of a computer is fitted forward of the bender (1). By combining the bender with the diamond grinder, the bending machine can perform the bending of the band blade, straight cutting of both ends thereof, nicking of the edge thereof, bridging (notching) of the blade bottom thereof, and the broaching (slotting) of the blade side walls thereof.
