The gear has drive and drift components (2, 3), in which the component (2) is supported relative to an axis of rotation of the component (3). The component (2) along with a peripheral section of its shell is in contact with an inner surface (5) of an internal geared wheel. The components are constructed around a bearing rod (9) and grip one another. The component (2) performs tumbling motion in the component (3). An independent claim is also included for usage of a drive unit as a seat adjustment motor in a motor vehicle.
