The aim of the invention is to configure at least one IP access point (APl) of a packet-switching IP radio network (AN) for indicating the connectability thereof to at least one first radio communication device (MPl) of at least one first packet-switching and circuit-switching radio network (OPl) located in the transmission/reception range of said IP access point (APl), to at least one second user device (MP2) of said first packet-switching and circuit-switching radio network (OP1) and/or at least one second packet-switching and circuit-switching radio network (OP2). Said aim is achieved by the fact that the IP access point (AP1) is informed automatically or on demand by at least one associated configuration unit (COF) about which access control unit (UNC1) of the first packet-switching and circuit-switching radio network (OP1) and/or the at least one second packet-switching and circuit-switching radio network (OP2) is provided with at least one signaling connection (ZL1) to the access along with said configuration unit (COF).
