PURPOSE: A production method of a Solomon's seal tea is provided not to generate a carbonized event of the powdered Solomon's seal during a processing, and to strengthen the savory taste and the perfume of the characteristic Solomon's seal. CONSTITUTION: The production method of the Solomon's seal tea comprises processes of: drying the Solomon's seal after washing; puffing the Solomon's seal; roasting Solomon's seal. The processed Solomon's seal tea easily melts the components by making the inner tissue in porous at puffing under a compressing condition, strengthen the savory taste and the perfume of the characteristic Solomon's seal by caramelizing the components such as the starch, the sugar and so on by a thermal treatment by a slat roaster.
