The invention discloses to a layered waterproof material which can extend rubber bitumen felt, with bitumen petrolene extend film and bitumen felt, while it can be used to anti water and damp in variable structures; and it especially provides a extendable rubber bitumen felt, which can be combined with waterproof material with multilayer structure, to improve low-temperature curvature, flexibility and thermal-resistant property based on the waterproof effect. Wherein, said extendable rubber bitumen felt comprises: the rubber bitumen mixture dipped with polyester non-woven fiber which comprises: 95-97wt% straight-run bitumen; 2-5wt% SBS (phenylethene butadiene phenylethene) rubber or isobutene-isoprene rubber: and 0.5-1.0wt% plasticizer.
