The present invention relates to a persimmon vinegar, and a production method comprising the pomegranate extract and Schisandra chinensis.; The present invention relates to a composed of persimmon vinegar, and a method of manufacturing the same, including the Schisandra chinensis extract, and 3 to 12% by weight, 3 to 12% by weight of pomegranate extract, persimmon vinegar, and 20 to 40% by weight of other additives. The formulations are sterilized for 20 minutes in 80 ℃ ~100 ℃ and bridge deck are combined in a tank and then blended to 1 hour and cooled to-market is 50 ℃ ~70 ℃.; In accordance therewith, it allows to meet the needs of the consumer to party at the same time getting all of the pharmacological effects of a persimmon vinegar and pomegranate and Schisandra chinensis.
