PURPOSE: A method for producing alcoholic liquor using the young antlers of the deer from which the odor of the deer's blood was removed by adding Angelica gigas Nakai and a product thereof are provided, thereby effectively removing the blood odor from the alcoholic liquor, and improving the nutrition, taste and flavor of the alcoholic liquor using the young antlers of the deer, so that a user can easily drink the alcoholic liquor. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing alcoholic liquor using the young antlers of the deer from which the odor of the deer's blood was removed comprises the steps of: adding 30 to 50 parts by weight of Angelica gigas Nakai into a mixture of 30 parts by weight of the young antlers of the deer, 30 parts by weight of hemp, 50 parts by weight of honey and 926.5 parts by weight of soju(distilled liquor) having alcohol degree of 35; and maturing the mixture for 90 days.
