This invention relates to a method for producing a health food , characterized in that a mixed material including fermented soybeans, is the mole fraction of fermented soybeans, 80% by weight, 10% by weight of seaweed , garlic 5% by weight , 3% by weight of pine needles , antioxidant blended with 2% by weight of liquorice , anemia prevention , anti-cancer activity , blood pressure , intestines , such as soybean -specific effect mutually superposed manner as well as enhance the pharmacological action of a combination of materials and the other 4 , thereby further promoting the other efficacy .
