Provided is a method for preparing a cheonggukjang(thick soybean paste) dietary supplement which is rich in calcium and vitamin D and is used as a calcium reinforcing agent. The method comprises the steps of mixing 85.0-95.0 wt% of cheonggukjang and 5.0-15.0 wt% of a kelp powder to prepare a cheonggukjang mixture; and mixing 87.0-93.0 wt% of the cheonggukjang mixture with 6.0-10.0 wt% of seaweed calcium and 1.0-3.0 wt% of a vitamin compound to prepare a cheonggukjang dietary supplement. The vitamin compound comprises 0.5-1.5 wt% of vitamin C and 0.5-1.5 wt% of vitamin D based on the total amount of the dietary supplement.
