The method involves exerting a defined force on a top stamp or a bottom stamp in a defined angularity of a rotor (12), during a rotation of the rotor of a rotating-tablet machine. Guiding curves of the stamps are operated on a sensor in a defined angularity of the rotor. The number of revolutions of the rotors is steered by the sensor in dependence of the measured force. An output signal of the sensor is calibrated by the force. An independent claim is also included for a device for simulation of sluggishness of movement of top or bottom stamp of a rotating-tablet machine.
