A sample mass flow of the steam is a condensed gas mixture. The mass flow of other component of the mixture is determined by an evaluation unit (9) from changes of an output signal of the sensor (6). The mass flow of the components through the sensor is defined as volume per unit time or mass per unit time. The evaluation unit determines the mass flow of the non-condensable gases from the ratio of mass flow of the gas bubbles (4) to the mass flow of the condensate (3). An independent claim is included for device for measurement of non-condensable gases and steams in a steam gas mixture.
