User collects the third party, is used to ratify a management server of the financial business to a financial institution (100) of user. Third party's information is stored to a database (200). Financial transaction information is received from a financial transaction terminal (300). The third party's information given by user is read from database (400). Current financial Transaction Information is sent to the mobile terminal of the third party based on reading matter third party information (600). If approval information is received, financial business goes through and completed (900). If approval information is not received or the third party refuses financial business, financial business is interrupted (1000).
