摘要

An in-line wheel mounting frame manufacturing method using carbon sheet and a metallic mold used in the method are provided to have high resistance to vertical and horizontal pressure by having high strength and low weight. An in-line wheel mounting frame metallic mold comprises a mandrel(100) formed like a square bar and formed with a steam path(110) inside to be longitudinally penetrated; a lower mold(200) formed with a first form groove unit on the upper surface corresponding to the lower side of the mandrel, a pair of horizontal guide grooves longitudinally at both sides of the first form groove unit, and a steam path(210) penetrated inside; a pair of side metallic molds(400) slidingly combined with the horizontal guide groove to be faced and separated to each other, formed correspondingly to the mandrel at the inner side faced to each other, and formed with a slope unit on the outer surface to be tapered upward and a steam path(410) penetrated longitudinally inside; and an upper mold(300) formed with a second form groove unit(320) on the lower surface correspondingly to the upper side of the mandrel, a slope protrusion(340) at both sides of the second form groove unit correspondingly to the slope unit, and a steam path(310) penetrated inside.
