METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING THE COASTLINE COVERING STRUCTURES HAVING A BUFFERING FUNCTION PREVENTING THE COASTAL EROSION

A construction method of a coastline covering structure for removing wave for preventing coastal erosion is provided to protect a coast by preventing erosion against wave with scouring prevention blocks, wave dissipating blocks and foot protection blocks, and to improve stability of the blocks by accumulating earth and sand. A coastal ground(12) is arranged, and a lower mat(27) for preventing outflow of earth and sand is arranged thereon. The coastal ground is divided into an erosion prevention range(24) placed near the coastline, a middle wave dissipating range(25) and a foot protection range(26) in which facilities are installed, and a scour prevention block(40), a wave dissipating block(30) and a foot protection block(50) are installed in the erosion prevention range, the wave dissipating range and the foot protection range. A mat is formed by assembling connecting links of the blocks with a coupler(28) such as a U-bolt, and the blocks are flexibly moved within the specific range. A space forming part is formed by a protruded part of the foot protection block in connecting the foot protection blocks, and filled with boulder. A filling part is installed in the space forming part and filled with crushed stone, natural stone or small concrete blocks. The stability of the block is improved by accumulating earth and sand on the filling part.
