The present invention provides a fuel cell which conductive inorganic nanoparticle, and employing the ion conductive polymer membrane, and the ion conductive polymer membrane containing them. At this time, the ion conductive polymer membrane is characterized in that it comprises a conductive inorganic nanoparticle, and the ion conductive polymer, including an ion conductive material supported on the porous support, and a porous support having a particle size of nano-size. Inorganic conductive nano-particles of the present invention is to effectively suppress ion conductive material which is supported therein to be eluted to the outside, and is excellent in dispersibility in an organic solvent. Therefore, when using such a conductive inorganic nanoparticles it can be obtained an excellent ion-conducting polymer membrane, the ion conductivity. This is the case of using the ion conductive polymer membrane of a polymer electrolyte fuel cell of this, due to the dense and high hydrophilicity of the inorganic material, it is possible to effectively reduce the cross-over of methanol gajyeoseo high hydrogen ion conductivity and increases the rate of delivery of hydrogen. As a result, the fuel cell employing an ion conductive polymer membrane is such that efficiency is significantly improved.
