Mending Apparatus and Mending Method for Non-digging Sewerage

PURPOSE: A non-excavation type device and method for repairing a pipe is provided to easily repair the pipe by supplying cold air to a reversal tank and preventing the adhesive resin of a reinforcing tube from stiffening. CONSTITUTION: A power transmission unit transmits power to a shaft(11) connected to a rotary drum in which a reinforcing tube is wound. A reversal tank(20) contains the rotary drum, and is fixed to a bottom frame(2) of a vehicle(1). A temperature controller is installed at the upper part of the reversal tank, and has a refrigerator(32) for introducing cool air into the reversal tank to prevent the adhesive resin of the reinforcing tube from stiffening. A reversal unit(40) has a check tube member(50) for controlling the feeding speed of the reinforcing tube. A reinforcing tube fixer keeps the form of the reinforcing tube. An angle control member(60) is coupled with the reversal unit, and controls the angle of the reversal unit. A moving unit(70) has a top plate, and moves the top plate and the reversal unit forward by the operation of a cylinder installed at the rear of the top plate. A stiffening unit(80) introduces steam or hot-water into the reversal unit, selectively, and stiffens the reinforcing tube. A control unit(92) controls the above units.
