PURPOSE: A mending device and a mending method for non-excavation sewerage are provided to make the passage of vehicles and pedestrian smoothly by reducing the time to occupy the road. CONSTITUTION: A mending device and a mending method for non-excavation sewerage comprises a connecting member, a check curing device(20), and a reinforce tube inversion supporting device(30). The connecting member comprises a connecting tube(13), a tube fixing jig(14), and a check rubber sheet. The connecting tube is installed at the one side of an inverter(12) of an inverting deice(11). The one end of the connecting tube is inserted into the outer circumference of a first connecting pipe(15) to fix the tube fixing jig. The check rubber sheet is formed at a rear flange of a second connecting pipe(16). The check curing device hardens a reinforce tube(18) by supplying the compressed air and the steam inside a main body(21) to valves(23,24). The check curing device includes a flange, and a compressed air and steam supply valve. The compressed air and steam supply valve are formed on the top of the main body. The reinforce tube inversion supporting device includes a fixing member(31), a plurality of length control bolts(33), and an inversion supporting plate(34). The fixing member is inserted into the outer circumference of a sewerage(2).
