PURPOSE: Provided is a solventless epoxy floor coating composition, which has no need of primer to reduce the time needed for construction, is environmental-friendly and flame-resistant, and shows excellent physical properties. CONSTITUTION: The solventless epoxy floor coating composition comprises an epoxy resin, a reactive diluent, a curing agent, a pigment and additives, wherein the curing agent includes a modified alicyclic amine, and the additives include a polycarboxylic acid polyester-based wetting agent and a silane coupling agent. Particularly, the silane coupling agent is N-beta-aminoethyl-gamma-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane or a mixture thereof.
