PURPOSE: Provided is tissue adhesion barrier gel using biocompatible polymers which is converted into gel in the body. Therefore, it prevents tissue adhesion after surgical operation and makes the surgical operation easy. CONSTITUTION: The tissue adhesion barrier gel is manufactured by mixing a copolymer containing polyethyleneoxide which has a molecular weight of 1,000-500,000g/mol and biocompatibility, and a polymer which has a molecular weight of 10,000-1,000,000g/mol and gives viscosity and stability in the aqueous solution; and adding anti-inflammatory agent.
