PURPOSE: An integrated latticed block having a rainwater drainage function and a slope construction method utilizing the integrated latticed block are provided to eradicate a primary factor of a water leakage and separation of rainwater falling on a slope, to prevent earth and sand from being washed away, and to prevent corrosion of reinforcements and wires. CONSTITUTION: An integrated latticed block(B) having a rainwater drainage function comprises blocks(10) formed in a square shape and recessed inward in all directions; partitions(20) installed to partition a space part formed in the middle of the block into two equal parts; drainage grooves(30) formed longitudinally and horizontally across the surface of the block and recessed with uniform depth from the surface of the block; reinforcements(40) each exposed to two corners of one side of the block; and wires(50) each exposed to the two corners of the other side of the block.
