The present invention relates to a method for measuring dynamic control rod control capability. In particular, the control rod is fully inserted and withdrawn at the maximum allowable speed in the reactor critical state, and the dynamic control capability is measured by correcting the measured current signal. By converting to measure the control performance, no boric acid dilution is required, the control capability of the control rod can be measured independently, and the measurement method is simple, which reduces the operation burden, thereby reducing the possibility of human error between the tester and the driver. Since it takes only about 2 hours to control the control rod control capability, the zero-output reactor characteristic test time can be reduced by about 8 to 10 hours compared to the existing one, and thus the cost of measurement can be reduced, which can relatively increase nuclear power economy and operation efficiency. .;Pressurized water reactor, zero power reactor characteristics test, off-site nuclear instrument, static control capability, dynamic control capability, control capability measurement
