A method for manufacturing an acrylic emulsion resin , acrylic resin emulsion and water-based paint containing the same prepared by the method the composition is disclosed. First, acrylic emulsion resins , acrylate ester -based monomer 70 to 90 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl monomer 10 to 20 parts by weight , molecular weight regulators of 0.1 to 1 part by weight of mixture to prepare a monomer mixture, the monomer mixture is prepared from 20 to 50 parts by weight , and a surfactant blend of 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of a radical polymerization initiator catalyst and 0.1 to 1 by weight to produce the addition polymerization mixture , is prepared by adjusting the pH of the resulting polymerization mixture was added to 9 or 12.
