摘要

A thermoplastic resin having excellent impact resistance and weathering resistance can be obtained by emulsion graft polymerization of styrene and acrylonitrile and other vinyl monomers onto acrylic rubber (butylacrylate rubber , ethylacrylate rubber or copolymer rubber of butyl acrylate and ethyl acrylate).Another method was that emulsion butadiene rubber was packed by acrylic rubber . Then a graft copolymer was obtained by graft copolymerization of styrene(St) and acrylonitrile(AN) onto the outer acrylic rubber . The two graft copolymer and styrene-acrylonitrile resin(SAN) according to given ratio was mixed by a mixing extruder respectively . The resultant resins have good impact-resistance and physical mechanical property. This paper emphasis on investigation about crosslinking butyl acrylate(BA) latex preparation , enlarged particle size by seed polymerization and emulsion graft copolymerization of St and AN.
