Disclosed herein is a tool for manufacturing zooming and focusing rings of a lens adjustment device for CCTV cameras, which is used to form a helical groove in an inner surface of the zooming or focusing ring of the lens adjustment device. The tool includes a tip and a holder. The tip includes a machining part which is provided on an upper portion of the tip, and has a cutting angle (a) ranging from 54 degrees to 58 degrees, as viewed from a horizontal direction, a rake angle (ß) ranging from 25 degrees to 30 degrees, and a relief angle (?) ranging from 5 degrees to 10 degrees, and a coupling part which is provided on a lower portion of the tip. The holder includes a coupling hole which is coupled to the coupling part of the tip, and a clamping part.
