The present invention relates to a method for preparing silver-supported hydroxyapatite using a sol-gel method, and more particularly, to a sol-gel caused by hydrolysis, polycondensation reaction and substitution reaction of P-alkoxide. It is easy to control pH and reaction temperature by controlling the molar ratio of phosphorus-alkoxide and water to optimize the hydrolysis of the phosphorus-alkoxide solution and adjusting the molar ratio of calcium salt to optimize the substitution of silver ions.
