RESIN COATING SOLUTION FOR ANTI-FINGER PRINTING STEEL SHEET WITH GOOD ANTI-CONTAMINATION AND THE METHOD FOR PREPARING ANTI-FINGER PRINTING STEEL SHEET USING IT

PURPOSE: A resin coating solution for a steel plate and a method for preparing a steel plate by using the solution are provided, to improve the antifouling to press oil and the anti-fingerprint property of a steel plate by controlling the amount of a melamine resin and the calcination temperature. CONSTITUTION: The resin coating solution comprises an ethylene-acryl resin as a base resin; and 15-25 wt% of silica and 3-6 wt% of a melamine resin as a curing agent based on the amount of the base resin. The method comprises the steps of coating the resin coating solution on a chromate-treated zinc-based material electroplated steel plate by a thickness of dry film of 1.3-2.0 micrometers, calcining the coated steel plate at a temperature of 180-240 deg.C, and cooling it.
