A system for expanding a hierarchical continuous path by using network preferential reservation in a mobile communication terminal and a control method thereof are provided to additionally establish a partial resource path for preferentially assigned address resources in order to ensure a bandwidth when the mobile communication terminal moves, thereby continuously maintaining the quality of real-time image and voice services, solving the triangular routing problem of an IP, and minimizing a load caused by RSVP session update. A RSVP(ReSerVation Protocol) session is generated by using a private IP(Internet Protocol) in plural base stations(40,41,42). A second mobile communication terminal(70) reserves a network and preferentially reserves the private IP before leaving a base station among the base stations(40,41,42) and moving to the other base station. An NAT(Network Address Translation)(30) assigns the private IP to the base station and establishes the RSVP session by using the private IP and assigns a certified IP for the service level of the second mobile communication terminal(70), and establishes a RSVP t-spec for the certified IP. The NAT(30) and communication paths are established by receiving the certified IP in a peer server(20).
