HAPTENS AND ANTIBODIES FOR THE CLASS-SPECIFIC DETERMINATION OF ORGANOPHOSPHORUS PESTICIDES AND THE IMMUNOASSAY METHOD USING THE SAME

Haptens and antibodies for class-specific determination of organophosphorus pesticides and the immunoassay method by using the same haptens and antibodies are provided to improve determination accuracy and efficiency, so that remained pesticides are efficiently analyzed. The hapten having the formula and its N-succinimidyl ester derivative are provided, wherein R1 is CH3, CH2CH3 or OCH3, and R2 is CO2H or CONH(CH2)2CO2H. The monoclonal antibody for class-specific determination of organophosphorus pesticides having an O,O-diethyl group is obtained by conjugating the hapten with a carrier protein, wherein the organophosphorus pesticides having the O,O-diethyl group are phosphorothioates or phosphorodithioates, wherein the monoclonal antibody is obtained by immunizing a mouse with the conjugate of hapten and carrier protein, extracting the spleen from the immunized mouse, hybridizing the spleen cells with myeloma cells, and cloning the hybrids.
