A low noise and high efficiency air conditioner with plural blower fans and a flow regulating method thereof are provided to decrease energy consumption by measuring temperature difference and controlling the blower fan with a step motor according to load, and to reduce noise by decreasing the capacity of a fan motor. A blower fan of an air conditioner includes a sensor(171) measuring difference between temperature of an indoor air suction port and temperature of an indoor air discharge port, a controller(172) applying a frequency modulation signal to the blower fan by receiving signals from the sensor, and a control unit(170) attached to fan motors(162a-162d) and provided with a frequency modulator regulating airflow of the blower fan by receiving the frequency modulation signal from the controller. The blower fan includes an impeller applying pressure to suction air with rotation, and the fan motor driving the impeller. Plural nozzles and a pressure measuring tube are installed in suction and discharge parts of the impeller to measure the suction and discharge pressure ratio of the blower fan.
