AN ANALYSIS SYSTEM OF THZ PULSE FOR DETECTING SPATIO-TEMPORAL AMPLITUDE DISTRIBUTION

A system for analyzing spatiotemporal amplitude distribution of a THz pulse is provided to collect a part of THz pulses by attaching a flat plate having a hole and a fine shift unit. A system for analyzing spatiotemporal amplitude distribution of a THz pulse includes a THz pulse generation unit(300,301,303,307), a sampling unit(310), and a detection unit(304,306). The THz pulse generation unit generates a parallel THz pulse. The sampling unit samples a temporal part and a spatial part of the THz pulse generated through a hole formed on a flat plate. The sampling unit performs a three-dimensional fine position shift process. The detection unit detects a collected waveform. The THz pulse generation unit generates the THz pulse by using a photoconductive antenna method, an optical rectification method, or a semiconductor surface field method.
