Disclosed is a high-sealing bottle cap provided with a pull ring for opening and closing a bottle cap installed in a bottleneck in a one-touch manner. The bottle cap according to the present invention includes an upper surface portion and a side portion. A handle is connected to the lower end of the side part by a connection part, and a space part is formed at the center of the connection part contacting the side part, and a lower end is formed at a lower end of the side part facing the space part and a locking protrusion is fixed to the step of the space part. The side cutting line starting from both sides of the connecting portion is formed by being connected to the cutting line of the upper surface partitioned on both sides. An insertion groove is formed between the locking jaw and the inner plug formed on the inner lower end of the side portion, and an upper portion of the insertion groove is formed in the close contact portion. The inner plug is formed at the bottom of the upper surface portion of the perforated line so that at least one ring blade is formed on the outer surface for sealing, and a reinforcing ring is inserted into the inner surface. The high-sealing bottle cap equipped with the pull ring configured as described above can be installed on the bottle cap by attaching the bottle cap to the bottle cap and allowing the handle to stick to the bottle neck by the locking protrusion, and can reinforce the sealing force by the close contact portion.
