FIELD: medicine, biochemical pharmacology.;SUBSTANCE: method involves assay of concentrations of C-reactive protein, α₂-globulins, γ-globulins, sialic acids, fibrinogen, alkaline phosphatase activity, levels of IgA, IgG and haptoglobins, calculation of the deviation index from normal values and determination of the integral index of pharmacological correction. The degree of expression of inflammatory and pain link in osteoporosis are determined based on level of the integral index of pharmacological correction and additional pharmacological correction is prescribed if necessary.
