METHOD FOR PEROSSEOUS FIXATION OF TIBIAL DISTAL METAPHYSIS

FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating the fractures of shin bones due to external perosseous osteosynthesis. One should install two thread rods in tibial distal metaphysis followed by fixing them to support elements of perosseous apparatus. One rod fixing unit should be applied from the bottom upwards, from the front backwards, from inside outwards, and another one - from the bottom upwards, from the front backwards, from outside inwards at the angle of intersection of rod fixing units ranged 60° - 90°. The innovation provides increased stability and rigidity of fixation of tibial distal metaphysis at minimal muscular damage and keeping the function of talocrural joint.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.;2 dwg, 1 ex
