METHOD FOR PREVENTING POSTOPERATIONAL HEMATOMA OF WRIST'S VOLAR SURFACE AT DUPUYTREN'S CONTRACTURE

FIELD: medicine, surgery.;SUBSTANCE: one should dissect the skin of wrist's volar surface and separate it, then it is necessary to dissect volar aponeurosis, longitudinal cords towards affected fingers. One should apply 3-4 rows of cross-sectional notches in checkered order through the whole thickness of the skin onto separated skin of wrist's volar surface. Rubber outlets should be introduced into the notches. Onto separated volar skin in tenor-hypotenor area one should apply tough gauze rollers crosswise at intervals so, that skin notches to be situated strictly in spaces between the rollers. Then a squeezing bandage should be applied for 1-2 d. Moreover, tough gauze rollers should be removed before removing skin sutures. The innovation enables to improve the outflow of blood accumulated under the fragment, keep intracutaneous vessels to be intact and prevent postoperational trophic lesions and necrosis of separated volar skin fragment.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis.;1 ex
