METHOD FOR EVALUATING FUNCTIONAL STATE OF BILIARY SYSTEM IN PATIENTS AFTER CHOLECYSTECTOMY

FIELD: medicine, diagnostics.;SUBSTANCE: one should measure the diameter of supraduodenal department of common bile duct D₁, the diameter of intrapancreatic department of common bile duct D₂ to calculate the index of choledochus evacuation I by the following formula: I=D₂/D₁, moreover, it is necessary to calculate initial I₁ followed by pharmacological sampling due to intravenous injecting 2 ml metoclopramide and in 45 and 120 min one should repeat ultrasound scanning according to the above-mentioned algorithm at calculating the indices of choledochus evacuation I₂ and I₁, correspondingly. At values I₁, I₂ and I₃1.0 one should detect normal state of biliary system, at values I₁1.0, I₂1.0, I₃1.0 one should detect dysfunction of Oddi's sphincter, at values I₁1.0, I₂ and I₃1.0 - stenosis of major papilla duodeni of degree I, at values I₁, I₂ and I₃1.0 - stenosis of major papilla duodeni of degree II-III.
