FIELD: medicine; pedagogy; sports and games trainer.;SUBSTANCE: device can be used for independent combined development of human being's intellectual and physical skills of based upon motivation. Device has personal computer, which has system unit, mouse, monitor and keyboard, photo-sensor that continuously registers duration of inter-pulse interval. Photo-sensor has to be part of pulse detector, which is connected to system unit of PC. It also has set of programs that control operation of personal computer. Device additionally has Exercycle with detector, Exercycle provided with shift detector, power mouse, amplifier-former, two foot-supports, Exercycle position of wheel lock and power source; links are also provided. There is output coming from left key of optical mouse's switch. Outputs ends with button fixed onto handle of exercycle wheel. Optical mouse which scans surface of ball of power mouse's rod controls position of cursor at display's screen through LPT. Shift detector disposed close to rotating wheel of exercycle and pulse detector are also electrically connected with LPT of PC's system unit and they are energized from power source.
