FIELD: medicine, surgery.;SUBSTANCE: one should apply a free revascularized muscular autotransplant onto the defect with its surface with large vascular branches. Along external surface of autotransplant it is necessary to separate a perimysium and form exposed surface of muscular fibers and their groups due to separating endomysial fragments by saving it between the groups of muscular fibers. Then one should apply autoskin upon muscular autotransplant due to fixation. The innovation suggested enables to create optimal conditions for autoskin nourishment both in the nearest and in remote postoperational periods.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.;3 dwg, 1 ex
