METHOD FOR TREATING CHRONIC DISLOCATION OF ULNAR CAPUT

FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.;SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out arthrodesis of radio-ulnar articulation in reset position of ulnar caput in combination with resecting the segment of the lower one third of elbow bone and developing a false articulation. One should form an autotendinous transplant - a tendinous split off of wrist's ulnar extensor upon distal pedicle, form a canal in ulnar caput and proximal ulnar fragment, moreover, the canal in proximal fragment is of G-shaped contour. Then one should apply autotendinous transplant into this canal, wind a transplant's free end around elbow bone, fix autotransplant with sutures, fix distal radio-ulnar articulation with needles. The innovation provides tight fixation of proximal ulnar department, nevertheless, being free for rotational movements.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.;4 dwg, 1 ex
