FIELD: medicine, urology.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical treatment of ureteric stenosis. One should fulfill access into retroperitoneal space, dissect stenosed ureteric part and apply a single-row anastomosis between superior and inferior ureteric ends. Moreover, at dissecting a stenosed ureteric part it should be twice crossed S-shapely. Terminal sinusoids should be formed, anastomosis should be applied along sinusoidal line.
