For many years,unprotected left main stenosis(ULMS)has been remained as the forbidden fruit of interventional cardiology.However,with the remarkable improvement in medical device technology,procedural techniques and antithrombotic agents during the last decades,percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)with stenting for ULMS has become technically feasible and has exhibited favorable clinical outcomes.
