METHOD FOR PURIFICATION OF RECYCLED AND SEWAGE WATER AND MODULE CASSETTE-TYPE PURIFIER FOR EFFECTUATING THE SAME

FIELD: purification of recycled and sewage water at enterprises of metal working industry, chemical and food-processing industry, and also at water treatment stations.;SUBSTANCE: method involves providing multiple-staged transfer of water to be purified between sections defined by means of partitions, as well as filtering by means of vertical cylindrical hollow perforated multiple-layer cartridges, with filtering material being placed between said layers and cartridges being put onto perforated pipes when used in purifying mode. Transfer of water from outlet apertures in bases of perforated pipes of one section into inlet apertures of pipes in adjacent section is enabled through isolated volume common for said apertures and disposed in bottom part of reservoir. Module cassette-type purifier for purification of recycled and sewage water has reservoir divided by partitions into sections. Perforated hollow pipes are disposed in each section on bottom partition, with cartridges being put onto said pipes in purification mode. Cartridges are fixed for movement in vertical plane and are grouped as parts of individual cassettes. Cartridges are made hollow, in the form of two concentric perforated sleeves. Filtering material is spilled between sleeves.;EFFECT: increased extent and fineness of purification of sewage and recycled water, reduced costs for manufacture and mounting of equipment, provision for choosing of purifiers, increased efficiency, reduced area occupied by equipment owing to employment of cartridge-type purifiers with effective phase separation surface.;9 cl, 2 dwg
