The utility model is aimed at improving the efficiency of the PAR onboard millimeter and submillimeter wave band for aircraft, preferably for small UAVs, and airborne surveillance radar means. At the same time it provides a reduced weight and size characteristics of FAS. Said technical result is achieved in that the phased array antenna comprises a parallel set of slotted board 1 vibrators board 2 phase shifters 3, stripline microwave line 4 and the control board 5 with the phase shifters 3-phase control pin 6. Phase shifters 3 form board 2 are piezoceramic plates 7, two opposite sides are provided with metallized coatings 8 and 9 are connected to the respective control terminals 6, the control board 5. As a structural material piezoceramic plates 7 comprise barium titanate (TB-1) or lead zirconate titanate (PZT-5H). When this card 1 ÷ 5 are printed with the corresponding sputtering stratified circuitry of semiconductor, resistive and dielectric materials. The control board 5 comprises series-connected terminal block 10, and decoder unit converters "figure-analog" (not shown) whose outputs are connected to respective control terminals 6.
