The utility model relates to medicine, particularly to the devices for evaluating cerebrovascular reserve and can be used in neurology, cardiology, neurosurgery and resuscitation to diagnose latent cerebrovascular insufficiency.; A new technical challenge was to create a portable device for evaluating cerebrovascular reserve, allowing to optimize the technique of the study with an increase of its accuracy, repeatability and informative value.; A new device for evaluating cerebrovascular reserve comprising the recording unit and means for supplying carbon dioxide and oxygen, consisting of a mask connected via irreversible valve with breathing hoses for hypercapnic and oxygen probe, connected to the gas cylinder with carbon dioxide and oxygen, respectively, wherein each gas cylinder is provided with a directional valve, and a two-chamber dosimeter rotametricheskim reducer, also, breathing hoses are corrugated bubbled diameter breathing hose for hypercapnic sample is 8 mm and the diameter of the breathing hose for oxygen probe is 22 mm.
