The utility model relates to medicine, namely, to prostheses used for the replacement of fragments of blood vessels, particularly in operations on the heart. It is proposed to design the combined vascular homograft Bolsunovsky (KSGB) containing fragments, made of a material of biological origin and a synthetic resin material, wherein the portion of the biological origin of the material is made of woven detsellyulyarizirovannogo matrix (FCN) and a fragment of a polymeric material is made of polytetrafluoroethylene. Thus in KSGB fragment of polytetrafluoroethylene is in the form of a tube, inside which is coaxially vascular homograft «HIGH HUMAN TECHNOLOGY» of DTM (GB). The highest GB protection against external influences is achieved when the length of the tube of PTFE and SG are identical.
