A utility model may be used for the suspension of the handrail to urban public transport, such as buses, subway, etc. The technical result that can be obtained by the implementation of a utility model is to improve the structural reliability and vandalproof flexible body for hanging hangers. Technical result is achieved by making the flexible body to the outboard handrail in a bilayer tape, reinforced by at least one metal cable.
