The discharge sleeve includes a discharge pipe (1) through which water flows. Air-permeable silver materials or silver fibers (3) are arranged inside the discharge pipe. The silver materials are arranged in moist condition opposite the opening (6) of the discharge pipe. An independent claim is also included for the water dispenser using the discharge sleeve.
