The system has active tool units designed from shaft part of a tool, fastening bolt (2) and tool head part (4). A gyroscopic unit (9) is controlled depending on dynamic characteristic changes during machine chipping process. The gyroscopic unit is integrated into the shaft part of the tool, where an axis of rotation of the gyroscopic unit is identical to an axis of rotation of the tool.
