Torque-neutral switching of internal combustion engine between partial load and full load operation, by shifting inlet valve dwell angle for full-load operation towards late direction
An inlet valve dwell angle for full-load operation is displaced with respect to the inlet valve dwell angle for partial-load operation towards the late direction. Switching between partial-load and full-load operation takes place at low and/or medium rotation speeds. An independent claim is included for an internal combustion engine.
