The valve has a hand lever that is adjusted around a center line of the mixing proportion of hot and cold water by a pivot. The hand lever does not convey mixed water when it is placed in the middle neutral swiveling position. The lever conveys the water at desired temperatures when it is in the neutral swiveling position. The lever allows swiveling of the cold or hot water in longer direction.
