The device has ring-shaped flow body (5) that is fastened on a tower circumference to a height of a rotor blade (2), which oppose a spin-afflicted rotor outflow to height of rotor points to smaller resistance than it enables in a round tower (4). Molded stump airfoils and/or guide plate/profile and asymmetric helical molded ring unit are disposed on the circumference of distributed single profile units.
